What to wear
It is important to wear the correct clothing for The Lanrick Challenge, to maximise your chance of embracing it and surviving it.
You will get very wet and muddy, so we recommend that you wear:
- Lightweight, quick drying clothes. Long sleeves, bottoms and gloves will protect you from rope burns and splinters.
- No spiked shoes will be allowed. Running trainers with grip soles are recommended to help you overcome both the mud and the obstacles.
- Eye protection for added safety.
We also suggest that you bring a warm change of clothes, so you can relax and socialise in comfort after surviving the challenge.
